Playing as a team. Making new friends. Having fun. Competing together.

Your child will enjoy doing all of these things

while they also develop skills to use on and off the course and

discover their passion for the game of golf.

What does PGA Jr. League stand for?

The Three Flags:

SafetyCare, and Organization

guide the PGA Jr. League experience.

Who can participate in

PGA Jr. League?

PGA Jr. League is open to both boys and girls,

17 and under, of all skill levels and abilities.

No prior golf experience is needed to participate

on a PGA Jr. League team!

How is PGA Jr. League played?

During the course of one PGA Jr. League game, teams play four 9-hole matches in a two-person scramble format, reinforcing the team concept and creating a nurturing environment for learning the game.

Coaches can also substitute players every three holes, so that all of the golfers on each team can participate.

Every PGA Jr. League player will receive a new PGA Jr. League Game Guide, which explains the format and rules and includes fun comics and games!

“As a parent, I cannot say enough great things about PGA Jr. League! This is a perfect way to get your child outside and interacting in a safe, social environment. The coaches at Gauntlet and Somerset Farms are fantastic, the program is comprehensive and fun, and the entire experience has proven to plant a seed of passion for the sport into many hearts.”
